In which parts of our bodies can we sense the elements, and how can we establish a connection with them?
Everything starts with the element of water, which can be found in our bones. Our bones serve as the strongest links in our bodies, alike to frozen ice.
By softly tapping our bones throughout our bodies, we can feel the movement of water energy within us. (The bladder and kidneys are the organs associated with the water element.)
The next element is wood, present in our tendons and ligaments. These should be strong, flexible, and elastic, much like a tree branch that sways with the wind. However, there may be other branches that are too dry or too wet, causing them to break or lose flexibility. Similar to our human bodies, the best way to experience the wood element is by gently stretching our bodies. (The Liver and Gallbladder are the organs associated with the wood element)
Fire is the next element, located within our deep muscle tissue. Through exercise, we can sense and control tension and relaxation.
Additionally, when we lie down and focus on a specific muscle in our body, concentrating on contracting and then relaxing it, we can sometimes feel the flow of fiery energy, often accompanied by a tingling sensation. (The organs linked to the fire element are the heart and the small intestine).
The next element, Earth, leads us to the muscle surface and fascia. The most effective way to engage with this element is to move our bodies like shaking and release any unwanted emotions from our system. After 10 minutes of just doing, it we can feel this beautiful energy through our body. Just lie down and enjoy. (The stomach and spleen are the orans associated with the fire element.
The final element we have is metal, which symbolizes the skin and the outside body. (The lungs and the large intestine are associated with the metal element)
There are several methods to handle it, but the most effective approach is to relax by breathing and extending your body with your hands.
The Elements offer a beautiful way to interact with your body.
I hope that by reading this information, you have gained a better understanding of the elements present in your body.
